2/5. On the wrong side of the fuzzy pop psych/self-help boundary for me. And like most self-help, this left me with a headache from all the eye-rolling. I don't need a book to tell me that exercise and hugs help me relieve stress. Likeā¦.no shit? Also in the not-for-me column, this book has to be all cutesy about the concept of patriarchy in case, as they lampshade, readers don't like the word or believe in it.
