How I have missed following your reviews on GoodReads. So much that I decided to come hunt you down and actually create a Dreamwidth account so that I could comment. I continue to love the way you seem to have beaten me to every book I'm thinking about reading and said something usually pretty insightful and interesting about it. So many of my book nerd friends have recommended The Sparrow to me that I finally broke down and bought it from Audible, after trying and failing to get my hands on an audio copy from my local library. I'm also an atheist and so I tend to have similar reactions to religious books. (Boy, the screed I wrote on A Prayer for Owen Meany.) Who knows, maybe I'll read it next. Cheers.
