I think there's something wrong with your formatting. I can't see a title for the book. There's a big expanse of white space after you say 'Playing with posting formats.' and the first thing that appears after that is '2/5.'

I'm using the default layout for reading entries.

Yeah, it's an iframe issue. They are blocked from displaying most of the time for security reasons. Am pondering.
