Would you consider Red, White, and Royal Blue to count as a queer fandom romance, or do you more specifically mean published romances that explicitly deal with or name fandom in the text? RWRB read incredibly fannish to me (including, like you pointed out in your post, that "no one sounds like that," though that was, again, part of the fantasy).
